Introduction: Relocated Psych RN (6+ Yrs Exp) Joining the NorCal Community

I am taking a chance and reaching out to this wonderful community as I begin a new chapter.
My name is Alex Rodas, a proud alumnus of De La Salle Health Sciences Institute. After 6 years and 8 months of traveling and working across the United States as a Psychiatric Registered Nurse, I have finally relocated to the East Bay. After years of being away, my main goal for this move is to build deep roots here, be close to my family, and continue working hard to support them and retire my parents—a dream I know many of us share.
I am deeply passionate about mental health and behavioral nursing. Right now, I am actively on the job hunt to find my next clinical home here in the Bay Area. I’ve done my homework and have 23 applications currently pending, but as the saying goes, bayanihan makes the dream work.
I wanted to ask if any of my fellow alumni or kababayans working in Bay Area hospitals (Sutter, Kaiser, Stanford, VA, Telecare, etc.) might know of openings in their behavioral health units, or could offer any guidance on navigating the local hiring landscape. Even a small lead or advice on who to contact would mean the world to me.
