My Heart Counts 5K Run

Heartfelt thanks and HUGE congrats to our amazing team for a successful SHC My Heart Counts 5k! 🎉 We’re beaming with pride after raising an incredible $1405.00, landing us in 11th place for team donations! 🙌 Shoutout to our 35+ participants, including family members, who ran, walked, and volunteered their hearts out! ❤️

Our SHC Subchapter booth was buzzing! 🐝 We spotlighted crucial stroke and diabetes awareness, key health concerns within the Filipino community. The post-run blood glucose checks were a massive hit, with so many of you lining up to learn about your A1C and blood sugar levels. Knowledge is power! 💪

A special thank you to the Health Equity and Bayanihan Spirit Committees lead by Christina and Joselinda. It was great first committee event! Thank you to our marketing team. Jansen made a great IG reel with our event footage.
